Thalassa Municipal Museum

There are countless things to do in Protaras, but the Thalassa Municipal Museum in the centre of Ayia Napa is the ideal place to discover more about Cyprus’ marine life and seafaring history, housing various paleontological, geological, and archaeological marine life exhibits. The main attraction, the Kyrenia II vessel, is a life-size replica of the ancient ship of Kyrenia, dating to the Classical period (400 B.C).
