Responsibilities
- To greet, welcome and direct customers
- To answer incoming calls
- To inform guests of hotel services
- To maintain clear and accurate daily records
- To receive messages for guests
- To compute all guest billings and accurately post charges to guest rooms
Requirements
- Previous working experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
- Tourism related Degree, will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
- Good knowledge of German or Russian language, will be considered as an advantage
- Professionalism and Responsibility
- Excellent Communication Skills and Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
